CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time float role between Steele Creek, NC and Fort Mill, SC. The position requires licensure in both states and involves delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.

You will administer medications, assess patient conditions, monitor vitals, document outcomes, and coordinate access to community resources. Strong EMR skills and NCLEX-PN are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Active and in good standing LVN/LPN license.
• Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN exam.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a clinical setting with diverse cultural dynamics among staff and patients.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive information ethically and responsibly.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
