Required licensure, NCLEX-PN, phlebotomy, vaccines, and proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred). The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing LVN/LPN license.
• NCLEX-PN passed and licensure current.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in clinical settings with diverse staff and patients.
• Strong ethics for handling sensitive information.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications orally, injectable, IV, and topical.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor pain, document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments of patient health.
• Facilitate access to care and connect to community resources.
• Conduct medication reviews for side effects and interactions.
• Develop mental health assessments.
• Document medical history in EMR.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare teams.
