Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Successful NCLEX-PN completion.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines and point-of-care testing.
• Experience in diverse clinical settings and patient populations.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications.
• Assess patient needs and document treatment responses.
• Monitor vital signs and identify abnormalities.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
• Conduct medication reviews for interactions and side effects.
• Maintain organized, clean and well-stocked clinic space.
• Use strong communication with patients and families.
