Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN in SC or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family centered care and support to manage health care needs.
• Assist with data collection, planning, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Document care in medical records and communicate findings to the provider.
• Perform screenings and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain clean and stocked examination rooms and respond to patient inquiries.
