Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of a State approved Practical or Vocational nursing program.
• Successful completion of the NCLEX-PN.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, injectable, IV, topical).
• Evaluate patient conditions and document responses.
• Record vital signs and monitor health.
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor well-being.
• Coordinate with care teams and connect patients with resources.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Conduct mental health assessments.
• Document patient history in EMR.
• Communicate with patients, families, and clinicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical space.
