Job summary
Medcor Inc. is seeking a Full Time Float Nurse to deliver onsite staffing relief and training in client workplace clinics across several states. The role requires travel, typically to Quad Cities, Waterloo, and Des Moines areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend coverage.
You will work closely with physicians and Medcor leadership to ensure clinic readiness and high patient satisfaction. Qualifications include an unencumbered multi-state RN/LPN/LVN licensure, CPR/BLS, 3+ years of
Qualifications
- Multistate RN licensure required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience with workers' compensation/occupational health preferred.
- Strong computer/EMR skills and tech proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat illnesses and injuries per Medcor protocols.
- Provide services to employees in client workplaces.
- Support worksite clinic operations and wellness programs.
- Assist with pre-employment screenings and SOW/site setup.
- Document care accurately in EMR per Medcor standards.
