Point Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a large multifamily property in Fridley, Minnesota. The role involves hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC, with supervision from the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, own tools, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to work at multiple locations in the area as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance tasks on a multifamily property, under supervision.
• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours.
• Assist in housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy (Make Ready).
• Maintain pool chemical levels and cleanliness when required.
• Be available for on-call and standby emergency coverage.
