Job summary

Qualifications

• Meets ANA standards and provides nursing care using the nursing process.
• Delivers both routine and complex care per patient treatment plans.
• Maintains patient safety and effective care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor outcomes and side effects.
• Document patient history, symptoms and care provided; update records.
• Educate patients and families and address learning needs.
