You will welcome and room patients, take vitals, prepare for exams, assist with procedures, document in the EMR, and help maintain clinic flow across sites. This role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• CMA/RMA certification preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Multispecialty or ambulatory care experience is a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and room patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, medications, allergies, and concerns.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures within scope.
• Perform injections, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and other tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized examination rooms and stock supplies.
• Document patient information and care in the EMR.
• Assist with referrals, labs, imaging, and follow-ups.
• Answer calls and messages and route clinical questions.
• Provide coverage across multiple specialties as needed.
