Job summary

Madison Medical Affiliates is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Multispecialty Clinic Pool in a daytime outpatient setting. You will work across diverse specialties, triaging calls and supporting providers while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates will be adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with experience in outpatient nursing and EMR systems. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing learning in a dynamic clinic environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe nursing care across multiple specialties.
• Triage calls, messages, and clinical concerns; determine follow-up.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments per orders.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, diagnoses and follow-up.
• Coordinate labs, imaging, referrals, and other care needs.
• Document assessments and communications in the EMR.
• Support clinic workflow across specialties as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
