Job summary

UnityPoint Health seeks a Senior Clinic Administrator to lead multiple pediatric specialties, including rheumatology and orthopedics. You will drive strategic operations, optimize access, and oversee budget, compliance, and performance initiatives across clinics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare leadership or equivalent.
• 4+ years of clinical management experience, including workflow and accounts management.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, supervising staff and coordinating access and scheduling.
• Assign and monitor staff duties to optimize workflows and patient care quality.
• Standardize procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain records, files and regulatory-compliant reports.
• Manage facility operations, including equipment, supplies, and vendor relations.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff; oversee time records and orientation.
• Communicate with providers and leadership; lead staff meetings and liaison activity.
• Prepare financial and operational reports; develop and monitor the clinic budget and revenue cycle.
