• Supervise assigned clinical and/or patient service representatives.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficient office operations and high quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, policies and procedures.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities and support staff development.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues affecting clinic oversight.
