Job summary

Revo Health is seeking a Care Coordinator Float to support our clinic and physician care team with administrative and patient care services. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, at our Minnesota locations in Plymouth, Maple Grove, Robbinsdale, Brooklyn Park and Blaine.

You will build and maintain schedules, coordinate appointments, tests and referrals, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate patient service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative or medical office experience preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred.
• Transcription experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide communication between providers and patients.
• Build and maintain physician scheduling templates.
• Schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and tests.
• Obtain referrals/authorizations per insurance guidelines.
• Follow up on patient inquiries and coordinate with providers.
