Job summary

Cove Property Management is seeking a Service Technician II to address repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for new occupancies. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, apartment renovations, and ensuring high-quality customer service in a fast-paced property management setting.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, valid driver’s license, and be willing to respond to on-call emergencies outside

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification required.
• Proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• On-call emergency response availability outside standard hours.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• Clear, effective communication and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies and procedures, upholding Cove values.
• Communicates clearly with residents, prospects, vendors and team members.
• Responds to service requests (clogged drains, appliance installs, etc.).
• Performs maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks.
• Assists with apartment renovations and turnover tasks.
• Maintains work area cleanliness and safety.
• Performs on-call duties and responds to work orders promptly.
• Participates in inclement weather duties when required.
