Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to manage a 24/7 production operation in Casa Grande, AZ. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operation of plant areas and collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations.

The ideal candidate should be well rounded in electrical, mechanical, and controls, with experience servicing automated equipment like fillers, case packers and palletizers, plus process systems and building utilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications preferred.
• Electrical schematics, 480V 3 phase troubleshooting, low voltage controls, VFDs/servos.
• Mechanical: welding (MIG/TIG/Arc), pumps, valves, gearboxes; pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Controls: Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC 500, PLC-5, Logix 5000) troubleshooting.
• Manufacturing: conveyors, case packers, palletizers, boilers, ammonia refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all plant areas; collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain automated equipment including fillers, case packers and palletizers.
• Adhere to GMP, safety protocols, and food safety requirements.
• Follow building utilities, including boilers, air compressors, and wastewater systems.
