Job summary

Daisy Brand is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of all plant areas, including processing, packaging, and utilities. The role requires troubleshooting and maintaining highly technical equipment such as fillers, case packers, and palletizers.

The ideal candidate should be well rounded in electrical, mechanical, and controls, with ability to work on 480V systems, conveyors, and ammonia refrigeration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
• Electrical knowledge including schematics, 480V 3-phase troubleshooting, and low voltage controls.
• Mechanical aptitude with welding, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Allen Bradley PLC knowledge and familiarity with conveyors and industrial utilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot highly technical, automated plant equipment (fillers, case packers, palletizers).
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Follow GMP and safety protocols; operate and maintain plant utilities and processes.
