Daisy Brand is seeking motivated individuals for a processing technician role in Casa Grande, AZ. You will help operate a 24/7 dairy processing system, unload tankers, pasteurize, and monitor in-process equipment while maintaining safety and quality.

This position offers a steady schedule averaging about 45 hours per week with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Entry-level pay starts around $20 per hour, with premium pay for off-hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years manufacturing in food/beverage preferred.
• Must follow GMPs and safety requirements.
• Strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to multitask and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assure regulatory compliance, process controls and safety standards are met.
• Perform daily verification checks at critical control points (temperature).
• Operate and troubleshoot various in-process equipment.
• Perform testing on ingredients and WIP.
• Unload milk and cream tankers; pasteurize and process milk products.
• Record production and quality controls; clean in place and sanitize equipment.
