Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential, based in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician I for Aspire at Live Oak in Live Oak, TX. The role covers turnover, repairs, and routine maintenance across a 240-unit community.

You will operate shop tools, assist in fabrication of fixtures, and respond to service requests. Weekend work is required with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience across electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality work and use required tools and machinery.
• Able to read service orders and safety/maintenance instructions; communicate with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Work on turnover and renovation units; respond to maintenance service requests.
• Perform external and internal repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, appliances, boilers, HVAC, and common areas.
• Operate machine tools to repair or fabricate parts; fabricate cabinets and wooden structures.
