Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and MSDS

Responsibilities

• Work on turnover and renovation units and respond to maintenance requests.
• Repair drywall, paint, fences, gates, plumbing, appliances, boilers and HVAC.
• Operate tools and repair machine parts, jigs and fixtures.
• Maintain inventory and paperwork; keep facilities organized.
