Job summary

Sares Regis Group Residential in Newport Beach, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician II for a 198-unit community in Henderson, NV. You will perform turnover repairs, respond to service requests, and maintain facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry.

Must have at least 2 years of multi-trade experience, read work orders, and follow safety rules. Weekend work is required; benefits include 401(k) match and sick time accrual.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret service orders and safety/maintenance documents
• Knowledge and adherence to OSHA requirements and MSDS
• High school diploma or GED or technical school experience
• Excellent customer service; weekend work required

Responsibilities

• Turnover and renovation work on units
• Fix internal and external components (drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Operate tools/machines (lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine) to repair parts
• Fabricate and repair cabinets, counters, benches, partitions
• Maintain inventory and keep paperwork updated
• Keep storage facilities and equipment in good condition
• Provide after-hours coverage as needed
