StoryPoint of Macomb is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair duties across our properties. This role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks and requires reading safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Strong teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operates various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area meeting safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and facilities.
• Maintains a positive customer service attitude with residents.
