Country Fresh is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform planned and unplanned maintenance on our production, processing, and packaging equipment in Grand Rapids, MI. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, read schematics, and support new equipment installations.

Work with limited supervision, mentor less experienced colleagues, and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires print-ready documentation and a continuous improvement mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade/technical school preferred in electrical, mechanical, or related areas.
• 2–4 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC/HMI and ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections for reliability.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals and work orders.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and training operators
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain safety and compliance with GMP and health regulations.
