The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, can read blueprints and electrical schematics, and is comfortable with 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance millwright and electrical experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as schedule requires.
• Proficient in electricity, electronics, PLC, logic, mechanical troubleshooting, power transmission, welding, steam systems, compressed air systems, and hydraulics.
• Must read and understand blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot bakery equipment to keep operations safe.
• Lead preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic areas.
• Utilize computerized maintenance systems to document work and decisions.
• Cross-train across all maintenance areas and support operations.
