Job summary

Ludwig and Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a 96-unit apartment community in Washington, PA. You will oversee timely repairs, handle work orders, and coordinate preventative maintenance to maintain property standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; trade certificates in electrical, plumbing or maintenance preferred; strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; excellent customer service and MS Office skills; valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Trade school certificates in electrical, plumbing, maintenance preferred.
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance incl. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests and work orders.
• Ensure make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and interiors.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and drywall repairs; snow removal.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform interior and exterior rounds to verify system operation and grounds condition.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, work orders, and make-ready status.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• On-call rotation required.
