Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of residential or commercial building: construction, remodeling, renovation, repair or inspection experience.
• Must wear safety equipment as mandated by OSHA.
• Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Replaces damaged materials and installs new floor tiles and carpeting.
• Removes, replaces and caulks glass in windows, doors and picture frames.
• Repairs, replaces and corrects leaks and malfunctions in sinks, commodes, bathtubs, faucets, water fountains, drains and traps.
• Mows and trims grass, rakes leaves and debris, and performs other grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assists electricians, plumbers and carpenters in their areas of specialty.
