Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in excellent condition. The role requires competence across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, masonry, and related trades, with willingness to assist teams and uphold the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area and uniform.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Respectful, honest, and collaborative team member.
• Capable of working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and masonry tasks as needed.
• Support the team and follow ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy.
• Complete required training and adhere to SOPs and brand standards.
• Inspect areas to identify repairs, touch-ups or replacements.
• Assist other departments with preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain records of repairs and evaluations.
