Brandt Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel equipment running smoothly and guest experiences high. You will perform general repairs in and around the hotel, following preventative maintenance schedules and responding quickly to requests from guests and team members.

Responsibilities include handling carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other trades; maintaining cleanliness of public areas; keeping accurate maintenance records; and supporting other

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; two years of college or vocational training in electrical/mechanical engineering or plumbing preferred.
• Specialization in technical crafts (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred; ability to advance knowledge essential.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Able to work on your own or in teams.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and execute work orders from supervisor.
• Perform repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry.
• Maintain fixtures and equipment per preventative maintenance schedule and log records.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in small machines and equipment.
• Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Clean internal areas of buildings, including sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, storage areas, and parking lot.
• Empty trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup.
• May operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
• Maintain and service pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations.
• Keep accurate records of key controls.
• Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints timely, efficiently, appropriately and in a friendly manner; escalate complaints to management when necessary.
