Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The role requires carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and related skills to keep the hotel attractive and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will roll up sleeves, support teams, and uphold the ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy while seeking innovative ways to align with our mission. This is a 24/7 operation requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
• Able to report to scheduled shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person.
• Is organized, honest, and works well with others.
• Can provide personalized, friendly service to every guest and associate.

Responsibilities
