Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a well-maintained hotel environment. The role requires hands-on skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and related trades to support the ONE TEAM.

ONE VISION. culture. You will collaborate with hotel teams, perform repairs, monitor safety, and help maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

Able to communicate effectively in writing, by telephone and in person.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Proven ability to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

Responsibilities

Maintain guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas in good repair.
Perform repairs on carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and miscellaneous items.
Inspect areas to identify repairs, touch ups or replacements.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and brand standards.
Assist other departments with preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure safety and security of guests, associates and hotel assets.
Maintain records of repairs and calendars; report issues promptly.
