Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Multiskilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team in Clayton, OH. The role covers maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal and general mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and documenting needs; working under supervision with varied shifts, including potential 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• Three years of experience as an electrical and/or mechanical maintenance technician troubleshooting and repairing production equipment and systems in an industrial setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems and production equipment.
• Review and respond to service requests; plan and execute maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is operated within regulations.
