Job summary

Amentum seeks a 3rd shift Facility Maintenance Technician III in Clayton, OH to perform varied maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment and systems. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility services and coordinate with contractors.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of related experience. Weekend support and on-call rotation may be required to sustain our 24/7 operation; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks with variety and complexity under supervision.
• Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
• Review service requests, identify problems, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate work with outside contractors and ensure codes and standards are met.
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections on facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain facility systems and document work.
