Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota seeks a skilled facilities maintenance technician to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment and perform general facilities service across one or more sites. The role demands hands-on expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.

You will lead maintenance tasks, mentor junior technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality programs while supporting the Facilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of refrigeration and mechanical systems with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic & hydraulic pressure systems.
• Excellent mechanical and basic electrical knowledge; CMMS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on major facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Provide guidance to other facility technicians and assist Facilities Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for parts and services; supervise work orders as needed.
• Train associates on production equipment and monitor conditions for safety and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies within scope.
