Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a facility maintenance worker to perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the upkeep, alteration, and repair of buildings and related equipment. You will work on ladders, scaffolding, and HVAC or irrigation systems, with safety programs and OSHA rules guiding daily tasks.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of physical/General work experience, the ability to stand long hours, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, alter, and repair buildings and related facilities and equipment
• Work with ladders, scaffolding, and hydraulic lifts
• Perform PVC plumbing and general electrical work; conduit installation, pulling wire
• Assist with maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, greasing, and inspections
• Follow safety programs and OSHA regulations
