Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and independently.
• 3–5 years in A/C, Refrigeration or General Maintenance.
• Must drive a company vehicle to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electrical, plumbing and carpentry to maintain facilities.
• Provide general maintenance support: painting, repairs, interiors, shelving, cabinets, etc., cleaning and basic upkeep.
• Maintain store equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and performing preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Document actions and needs to keep teams informed.
• Participate in training for new equipment and updates.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
