• Able to follow technical instructions for installing equipment at apartments.
• Able to report emergencies in English to supervisors.

Aufgaben

• Implement safety program and company policies.
• Report emergencies promptly during working hours.
• Walk the property daily and conduct semi-annual unit inspections.
• Complete finished work orders and report to the resident manager promptly.
• Maintain good resident relations and assist housing staff.
• Maintain relations with police, fire departments and other officials.
• Be available to assist for inspections and other duties as needed.
• Keep proper maintenance records and documentation.
• Fill in for Maintenance Director or Maintenance I when required.
