• Walk the property daily for inspections and complete unit checks semi-annually.
• Perform and report completed work orders to the resident manager on time.
• Maintain good resident relations and adhere to housing procedures.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance records and materials.
• Fill in for higher-level maintenance roles when required.
