Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Cabot, AR seeks a versatile maintenance technician to join our team. This role covers maintenance tasks, prepping apartments, and delivering strong resident service.

You will perform HVAC maintenance, handle work orders, and coordinate with on-site staff. EPA licensure and at least 3 years of experience are required, plus ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA licensure is required.
• Hands-on HVAC expertise.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready's, and punch list.
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
