Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician in Cabot, AR to perform repairs, routine maintenance on HVAC systems, and prepare apartments for new residents. You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards and curb appeal.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, be comfortable on-call for emergencies, have a valid driver's license and own hand tools to complete assigned work orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• EPA licensure required.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and hands-on repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and customer service for residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
