Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Columbia, SC is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our team at Aspen Square Management, a trusted partner for housing in the region. You will handle routine HVAC maintenance, complete work orders, and prep apartments for new residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, property management experience a plus.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to go off-site.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
