Job summary

Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to join our Cabot, AR team. This Jack-of-all-Trades role involves completing work orders, maintaining HVAC systems, and preparing apartments for new residents.

You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards and ensure resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, hands-on HVAC expertise, and the ability to participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (property management or housing advantageous).
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
