Job summary

New-Aspen-Management-LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Service Manager in preserving the physical integrity of the community. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs to ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to handle make-ready tasks. On-site work schedule is 40 hours per week with potential on-call duties and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Two years of property maintenance or related field experience.
• Experience with building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor to mid-level maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to maintain safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on work orders and safety issues.
• Assist in make-ready repairs and prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and report shortages to supervisor.
