Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in West Memphis, AR, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to perform scheduled and unscheduled work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems. You will work under the building maintenance supervisor, handle repairs to loading docks, doors, floors, and boilers, and support safety and operational reliability.

Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of hands-on experience; the role is on-site with a 6:00am–6:00pm schedule on a 2-2-3

Pay Range: $21.60 - $23.26 Hourly, depending on experience

Schedule: 6:00am - 6:00pm, with a 2, 2, 3 rotation.

Job Overview

The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for completing scheduled and non-scheduled work as directed by the building maintenance supervisor, including but not limited to plumbing, facility electrical, carpentry, HVAC, flooring, roofing, masonry, repairs to loading docks, painting, repairs to overhead doors, cleaning, boiler repair and maintenance, restocking paper products, and recycling equipment maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Upkeeps and updates the lighting in the facility, including re-lamping, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing fixtures
• Maintains and upgrades plumbing systems, including cleaning drains; installing and troubleshooting fixtures, and repairing drain pans
• Performs general carpentry, including installation of partition, dry way repair, and finish carpentry and painting
• Conducts masonry repairing forklift damage, patching concrete floors and walls, and pouring concrete bollards
• Performs electrical work by installing commercial wiring; troubleshooting and repairing commercial wiring
• Performs HVAC troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Knowledge of Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Security, and Fire Alarm Systems

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
