T1 Energy is seeking an External Warehouse Supervisor to lead the offsite warehouse operations in Wilmer, Texas, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and safe practices. You will oversee inbound receipt, storage, and outbound shipments while coordinating with Logistics, Compliance, and Production to support manufacturing goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on process improvement, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics/operations is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of warehouse operations experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory controls is required; Oracle, Infor or TMS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily warehouse activities at the offsite facility to meet operational priorities.
• Lead, assign, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and SOP adherence.
• Set daily priorities based on production demand, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory needs.
• Coach and train staff; ensure adequate staffing and safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely material transfers between external warehouse and T1 facilities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment processes; verify documentation and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and audit requirements; address safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate progress and issues to T1 leadership and cross-functional teams.
