Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Legends of Spring Lake Park, a 194 unit apartment community in Spring Lake Park, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations and help maintain stable occupancy and excellent resident service.

Pay rate is $20-$22 per hour with a 5% bonus potential. 1-2 years of property management experience is preferred, with occasional evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
