Job summary

Dominium's Legends of Apple Valley, a 163-unit community in Apple Valley, MN, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily property upkeep and ensure a great living experience for residents.

You will monitor repairs, complete work requests, perform preventative maintenance, repair appliances, and supervise maintenance staff, with occasional on-call shifts.

We offer a competitive pay of $25 per hour plus a 6% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repairs.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance staff.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
