Job summary

Dominium Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our teams at two senior living communities, Grainwood and Legends of Apple Valley, located in Prior Lake and Apple Valley, MN. The role focuses on the general upkeep and maintenance to deliver a quality living experience for residents.

You will monitor repairs, perform preventive tasks, and assist in preparing vacant units, with opportunities for on-call duties and a chance to contribute to a supportive housing mission.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
