Job summary

Fairview Health Services in the Twin Cities seeks a Patient Services Coordinator to support up to 25 outpatient rehab clinics across the metro area. The PSC will manage scheduling, check-in/out, and patient communication with a focus on a smooth, compassionate patient experience.

The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, reliability across multiple sites, ability to adjust to variable schedules, and comfort working with a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Qualifications

• Clerical/scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handles scheduling and registration functions.
• Provides friendly, professional reception and patient check-in/out.
• Maintains accurate schedules and reports; updates changes promptly.
• Supports coordination with the multidisciplinary rehab team.
• Coordinates interpreter services when needed.
