Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles scheduling and rescheduling of patients.
• Greets and checks in patients/visitors.
• Answers, screens and routes telephone calls.
• Produces schedules and related reports.
• Maintains patient records and confidential information.
• Puts together new patient packets and necessary forms.
• Maintains clean and welcoming front desk area.
• Coordinates with clinic staff to resolve scheduling conflicts.
