Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Property Manager for Crystal Glen and Ridge View Apartments in Findlay, OH. You will oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, marketing, safety and security across two communities, ensuring strong resident relations and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of residential multifamily management experience, LIHTC experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi.

Qualifications

• LIHTC experience required.
• 2+ years of residential multifamily management experience.
• Strong communication with residents, prospects, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational activities of multiple residential multifamily communities to maximize financial returns.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety, and security.
• Obtain bids as needed and oversee the purchase of supplies and equipment.
• Manage 2 locations: Crystal Glen and Ridge View Apartments.
