Job summary

ACC Management Group seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support two properties in Wisconsin. Ideal candidates have maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily communities, and can handle routine repairs, upkeep, and maintenance requests.

This role requires reliability, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service for residents and properties. Preventative maintenance and on-call readiness are expected, with coordination of work

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect properties.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility with working hours and on-call emergencies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and team player mindset.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior for maintenance issues in apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform inspections of all units and common areas.
• Electrical: replace outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Plumbing: replace faucets, pipes, toilets, sinks, and unclog drains.
• Heating/cooling: basic repairs and filter maintenance.
• Groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor tasks.
• Carpentry and drywall repairs as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests as needed.
• Paint units and common areas; repair windows and doors; fix appliances.
• Maintain logs for trash pick-ups and snow removal; ensure timely billing.
